Privacy Policy
This policy explains how YHH TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED accesses, uses, stores, and shares Google user data and related personal data in this YouTube Content Dashboard.
1. Organization and Policy Availability
Social Media Check is a trading name of YHH TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED, registered in England. Registered office: Mallory House, Goostrey Way, Knutsford, Cheshire, WA16 7GY.
This policy applies to this YouTube Content Dashboard application.
This policy is linked from the homepage and product interface so users can review it before and during use.
2. Data Accessed (Google User Data)
We request only the minimum Google scopes required for this read-only dashboard workflow.
- `openid`, `profile`, and `email` for authentication and account association.
- `https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.readonly` for channel, video, and playlist read-only metadata.
- `https://www.googleapis.com/auth/yt-analytics.readonly` for read-only analytics signals displayed in dashboard reports.
3. Data Usage Practices
Google user data is used only to provide the product features requested by signed-in users.
- Authenticate users and maintain secure sessions.
- Display channel, upload, playlist, and analytics data in read-only dashboard views.
- Support filtering, sorting, and reporting workflows within the app.
- Operate and secure the service, including troubleshooting and abuse prevention.
4. Google API Services User Data Policy
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Google user data is not used for advertising targeting, and is not sold to third parties.
5. What We Do Not Do With Google User Data
We do not upload, edit, delete, or otherwise modify YouTube content.
We do not provide write-back behavior to YouTube from this dashboard.
6. Data Storage and Retention
We do not store YouTube channel, video, playlist, or analytics payloads in a persistent application database.
Dashboard content is fetched from Google APIs for active session use and is not retained as a long-term stored dataset by this application.
Authentication tokens are handled for signed-in access and are tied to session lifecycle controls.
- When a user signs out, active session data for this app is cleared and dashboard data is no longer accessible in-session.
- If a user does not sign out, session access expires automatically based on configured session limits.
- For this app workflow, there is no user-facing feature that stores Google user data as a persistent archive.
7. Data Deletion Requests
Because this application does not persistently store Google user data as a long-term dataset, there is generally no retained Google user data archive to delete after session completion.
Users can terminate access immediately by signing out and can revoke Google permissions at any time from Google Account settings.
If you still require assistance, contact us and we will support your data-deletion or access-removal request.
8. Data Sharing
We share data only where necessary to operate the service or where required by law.
- Google APIs and Google infrastructure as part of OAuth and YouTube API operations.
- Service providers supporting hosting, security, and monitoring under confidentiality obligations.
- Regulators, courts, or law-enforcement where legally required.
9. User Controls and Revocation
Users can sign out at any time from the application interface.
Users can revoke Google access in Google account permissions settings.
Where available, app disconnect/sign-out flows attempt token revocation.
10. Security Safeguards
We use HTTPS transport security, scoped OAuth access, server-side token handling, and operational safeguards to reduce unauthorized-access risk.
No system is guaranteed to be perfectly secure, but controls are continuously reviewed and improved.
11. Policy Changes
If we materially change how Google user data is accessed, used, stored, or shared, we will update this policy before or at rollout.
